Plastic resin PE (polyethylene) with a milky translucent color, generally can be put into low-density (LDPE) and high-density (HDPE). HDPE possesses a high hardness feature and with good performance of acid and alkali resistant, it’s more resistant to corrosive liquids and heat resistant at 90-110℃, generally in opaque color, and has the texture of wax after being made into bottles. HDPE is widely used in industry and life applications of detergent, shampoo, cooking oil, and agricultural chemical bottles.
However, LDPE has lower corrosion resistance and poorer transparency than HDPE. It is mainly used in applications of polybags.
